Property Rules

1. General Conduct

- Guests must respect the property, the neighbors, and the local community.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., according to Greek law.
- Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

- Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. unless prior approval for a later departure is given.
- Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival for tax registration purposes.

3. Occupancy and Visitors

- The number of guests cannot exceed the number stated in the booking.
- Visitors are allowed only with the host’s permission and must leave by quiet hours.
- The main guest must be over 18 years old and responsible for all other occupants.

4. Smoking, Pets, and Substances

- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- Smoking is allowed only on balconies, with doors and windows closed.
- Illegal drugs or substances are strictly forbidden.
- Pets are allowed only upon prior request and may require an additional cleaning fee.

5. Cleanliness and Maintenance

- Guests must keep the apartment clean and tidy during their stay.
- Trash should be disposed of regularly.
- Furniture, decor, or appliances must not be moved or removed.
- Any damages or maintenance issues should be reported to the host immediately.
- Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Energy Use and Safety

- Turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
- Do not leave the air conditioning running with windows or doors open.
- Candles or open flames are not allowed inside the apartment.
- Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

7. Building Rules

- Please respect common areas such as the entrance, elevator, and stairwell.
- Do not hang towels, clothes, or other items over balconies facing the street.
- Follow any building regulations or notices displayed by the homeowners’ association.

8. Waste Disposal and Recycling

- Dispose of household waste in the appropriate street bins.
- Use recycling bins for paper, plastic, and glass according to local recycling guidelines.

9. Legal and Tax Compliance

- The property operates in accordance with Greek Short-Term Rental Law (Ν. 4446/2016).
- Your stay is registered with the Greek Short-Term Rental Registry (AADE).
- Guests must provide their full name, nationality, and ID or passport number for registration.

10. Liability and Responsibility

- The host is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance.
- Failure to follow these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
